Good value for money. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms and nice quiet area. Amstel station is walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel is still under construction. Area around hotel so dirty that you have to keep your shoes in suitcase and wear some cheap sneakers and then throw them in the garbage, but I assume that it will be finished soon. Another problem was air conditioning in the room. It wasn't working and staff was trying to assure me that it's working. During the sunny day it's extremely hot in the room.

The location is incredible and decent, 2 km from a bustling market. It's in the very quite area which is another bonus. There is plenty of brilliant food for breakfast.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area, it has everything I need. I still remember the staff bringing me water at night on my first stay. I can't wait to come back for Xmas!

Very enjoyable experience there. Low budget hotel with amiable and responsive staff. Early check-in and late check-out, parking in the venue. Everything fine. Central location and 15 minutes' walk to the subway.

Value for money, very new, modern design
Location, bad sound-protection between the rooms, the walls-bed trembled a lot when you closed the doors, even when the neighbouring roomdoors closed

Clean, spacious by European standards, comfortable and quiet, very close to Amstel Station for easy transportation, small fridge to help reduce food costs and Hieneken/wine in the lobby vending machine, hotel staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
Some suggestions: public internet machine(s) would be appreciated as not everyone can bring a laptop with them; for a hotel of this calibre, the coffee supplied could be non-instant; you may want to consider modifying the shower door/floor configuration, as it's impossible to use it without leaking a significant amount of water onto the bathroom floor.

Very new and comfortable, a tad pricey though!
TV didn't work though.

rooftop bar, spacious room, close to Amstel Station
The neighborhood felt oddly deserted, lacking shops and cafes nearby, inconvenient. A bit more attention to detail would go a long way!!!

The hotel is very smart and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Car access is difficult while the access roads are resurfaced.

Good quality hotel, very helpful staff.
the wet room flooded and the tv takes 10 seconds to change channel. Also around the hotel the roads are being dug up, this could be pointed out, although this did not affect my stay.

The hotel staffs are friendly and multi-lingual. The location is close to subway and train station for business in Amsterdam.
Room service is not standard and could be improved.

The design with the Amsterdam mark all over the place, and the hight of the rooms, quality of the material used.
The profisinalism of the staf at the desk. It takes about 15 minutes to check in and about 15 minutes to check out. The people you are talking with are very easy distracted by outher questions...

Cheap. Low price because it had just opened ? Clean and new hotel
Surrounding of the hotel is not very nice. Student buildings next to the hotel. Staff at the reception still needs to be trained. Noisy at night due to drunk students passing by to their residences.
